致力于海洋水文氣象監(jiān)測技術(shù)理論研究和應(yīng)用研究,、智能海洋監(jiān)測設(shè)備研究開發(fā)和產(chǎn)品化研究,。

       主持或參與國家級及省部級項(xiàng)目20余項(xiàng)，橫向項(xiàng)目300余項(xiàng),，為各海洋局與漁業(yè)廳研制各類觀測系統(tǒng)近千臺(tái)套,，多次獲得省市院級科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)。
